Kier John R. Bartolo
(President, CEO)
Kier John R. Bartolo is chairman and chief executive officer of High Innovation & Special Services (HISS). Kier John graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Capiz State University. He also earned two master’s degrees from Asia Pacific University: an MBA and an MSE in construction engineering and management. He planned to build this construction company to bring innovation to the people of Passi City.
Kier John worked hard on his job being a structural engineer and structural consultant. He once featured as one of the best engineer in Iloilo City which made him quiet famous in his profession.
For his excellence in leadership and handling his co-workers efficiently and bring his underling’s full potential, Kier became the first CEO and President of HISS Company. He was able to apply what he studied for 5 years and also helped his community grow and progress.
Daniel F. Castro III( Vice-President & Engineering Manager)
Daniel F. Castro III is one of the VP of HISS and the head Engineering Manager of the HISS. He graduated BSCE last March 2015 at Capiz State University and taken up his master’s degree in Civil Engineering at Stanford University .For the past 5 years, he's been studying and gaining experience to improve the operations and services of the HISS .Daniel, has a track record of helping to lead the company and revamp their image as well as performance .For his excellent handling of a variety of projects, he is now new elected as VP engineering manager of the HISS, where he was responsible for overseeing the various projects within the scope of the company and providing finalize reports to the clients. Daniel was able to apply his experiences in handling the difference scenarios facing a large company like HISS.

John Diel A. Alcones (Vice-President & Finance Director)
John Diel A. Alcones is the current head of finance director of High Innovation & Special Services (HISS). Preceding to became the head of finance director in February 2022, John Diel first began working with his colleagues and form a company. John Diel was born in Roxas City, Capiz in September 5, 2000. He finished his elementary and high school in Dumolog Elementary School and Dumolog National High School in school year 2012-2013 and 2016-2017 respectively. He studied BS Civil Engineering at Capiz State University - Main Campus last school year 2019-2020.
Ray Ivan B. Botin (Vice-President & Head of Construction Operations)
Ray Ivan B. Botin is one of the VP of HISS and head of Construction Operation of the HISS Company. He graduated BSCE last March 2018 at Capiz State University and taken up his master’s degree in civil engineering at University of Santo Tomas specialized in Construction Engineer. For the past 5 years, he's been studying, engaging in some participation for the school related to engineering and gaining experience to improve the operations and services of the HISS Company.Mr. Botin, is known for his smart and unique style of handling construction operations and also known to be kind and hearted towards co-workers.
For his excellent handling of a variety of projects, he is now new elected as VP Construction Operation of the HISS Company, where he was responsible for managing various construction projects within the scope of the company and and makes sure that every operation is always progress until its done. Mr. Botin was able to apply his experiences in handling the Construction Operation and able to out played different problems.

Arnold Leorenz U. Villareal (Head of Business Operations)
Arnold Leorenz U. Villareal is the current head of business operations of High Innovation & Special Services (HISS).
Prior to being head of business operations in February 2022, Arnold Leorenz first began working for the company as a student intern. Arnold Leorenz graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Capiz State University. After graduating he decided to join the company full time, he took on roles of increasing responsibility in project management, and the trust of his fellow workers, which led to his current position.
JEROME D. MAHINAY(Human Resource Director )
Born in Sta.Cruz, Manila on October 25, 2000. He studied in Don Felixberto Dicon Dorado Sr. Elem. School at Ensenagan, Panitan, Capiz during Elementary in Year 2007 – 2013. During his Junior and Senior high school he attended at Panitan National High School, Panitan, Capiz in Year 2013 – 2019 and Studied his tertiary education in the course of BS Civil Engineering At Capiz State University - Main Campus 2019.
Currently working as Human Resource Director in HISS Company (2022) at Passi City, Iloilo, Philippines.
Michael Jela( Head Structural Engineer)
Michael Jela is a Licensed Civil Engineer. He graduated at Capiz State University. Hired as Structural Engineer in HISS. He has a vast experience in Civil Engineering that operated in diversified domain projects ranging from medium to large scale industries.
